    If you have a few minutes to read over the guide, you can literally start today! The first stage is quite easy (perfect for beginners), and also easy to understand.
  • What fasting schedule will I use if I follow this guide?
    You'll gradually work your way up to 16/8 (16 hour overnight fast with an 8 hour eating window). You'll ease into it to make sure your mind and body can adapt. And you'll actively prevent common mistakes, by following my tips along the way.

    Consider this first 6 weeks your "training camp", after which you'll be read to try more aggressive fasting schedules if needed/desired.
